Is the auction ont he Tigers website? or elsewhere? Also, anything from 2001-2006?

The Older jerseys,balls,bats etc. that are on the Tigers website with the Tiger Logo ICON, are items given directly to The Detroit Tigers Foundation by the Clubhouse.

I believe the auction items being referred to are listed on MLB.com. Sev. diff. gamers from the past decade including Negro Leagues, visiting team jerseys, etc. Also, though I'm not really a Tigers fan, I am on the email list for gamers & I'm just glad they are offering anything game used as opposed to scrapping the entire idea. In fact, I wish every team was as active as the Tigers as far as game used/worn. More are catching on. Jay

Things are so bad in Detroit right now that I was actually contacted yesterday about buying bases and baseballs from the game in which Manny hit a HR!!! Pretty sad when your team (Det) is playing so poorly that the Tigers are contacting to sell items associated with another team!!! How sad is this?

I asked Marc for a list of GU jerseys in inventory. He was very prompt with his reply. I was sad to see, though, that he has nothing earlier than 2007 in inventory.
He's doing a great job of keeping people informed when he gets new stuff. If you're on his mailing list, you're going to be impressed.
Now, if he could just find the older jerseys...

I think it is mostly new stuff. They started the program last year with success ran by one of the nicest guys you'd find and very knowledgeable. Then it was announced months ago that the tigers would abandon a successful program which was no surprise - now this announcement that it is back on with another man running it? Who knows....
