I use to deal with Floyd back in the late 80's early 90's and thouroughly enjoyed every purchase. He taught me a lot and even let me watch his tables while he and his wife went to get lunch while at card shows. I haven't delt with Bruce yet so how slow can they be in getting back to you?

No problems at all from my dealings with Bruce..

With the baseball jerseys on the hartel site, some of the items may not be available, it's not updated that often it seems..

hartel has been around a long time... ive purchased numerous shirts from them and never had a problem floyd was a pioneer in this hobby

I have purchased from them many times. They are slow to communicate and answer emails but they're stuff is good and they are easy to work with. Very reputable. Would buy from them again if the chance arose.
