I think so too. Almost impossible to get an actual "match" here, but...

By the way Guy, thanks for alerting me to that second photo in the first place. Not a lot of images out there of Simmons with a first baseman's mitt.

I used to really enjoy the old umps, Kaiser, Don Denkinger, Steve Palermo, et al....

Marty Springstead used to live in my town. He had some B&W poloroid type photos that he would hand out. I got one signed one time when I met him in a bank. Lost that thing years ago though...

Former professional wrestler Ken Kaiser! Nice catch with that photograph.

My favorite books on baseball to this date are still the books by the late Ron Luciano. He told great stories, and he loved Ken Kaiser since he was just as big as him!
