Maybe it would atleast help if you would let him know how long the suspension will be for the offense in which he was banned for.

He told me he emailed **** requesting to be reinstated, but no response.

It's close enough to Christmas, how about playing Santa Claus!

It's been made pretty clear lately that this forum is not a democracy, but I certainly support a respectful request to Mr. Cavalier to consider re-instating what certainly is a potential long term customer for his business.
