I know alot of these guys are one man operations, but geez, don't they have cell phones and email on the road???

I've often been frustrated by this, and as essentially a one man biz myself, I always respond to clients when I'm on the road, either from my cell or laptop.

When I emailed him about a jersey on Friday, he said that he would be traveling so wouldn't be able to get back to me right away if I made a purchase. Hope that helps!

I bought a basketball jersey from their website, to be shipped to the UK, paid with Paypal, but never received an acknowledgement from them. I emailed them some time later but haven't had a reply. I have tried calling but no answer. The jersey is still shown for sale on their site.

Any advice would be appreciated.

try calling and see if there is a message. ron often goes to japan also.
