The Pro Shops should still have some Morneau bats available. He broke a bunch this year. The prices were based on use with the hammered ones going for $500-550. However, the prices should have dropped by now. Mauer bats, on the other hand, are impossible to find. The manager of the Pro Shop told me that the Pro Shops only got 10-11 bats from Joe all year (and thy went VERY quickly). I still can't find an '09. Also, the Pro Shops didn't get any Mauer jerseys after the season (I'm guessing they're holding them for auctions at Twinsfest and the Auto. Party). Last year, they didn't have any M&M bats at Twinsfest. There were 1 of each in the silent auction. But, neither had much use and weren't worth the money they went for.

My most recent purchase from Ray Shulte. A game-used 2006 Joe Mauer bat. I love the inscriptions. Plus, it is the most hammered Mauer bat I've ever seen. I've photomatched it to at least from May 31, 2006-June 4, 2006. He had a bunch of hits with this bat including a home run on June 4th.

Looks like a awesome bat. Never seen a photo matched Mauer bat. That makes it even better.
Do twins Pro Shops and Twinsfest have a very good selection of Mauer and Morneau stuff? what kind prices do they have on their stuff.

Thanks. Yeah, I was thrilled when Harleigh contacted me. I am the high bidder in the Schulte auction. However, I still haven't met the reserve and I am at my ceiling bid. So, it was a no-brainer. It instantly becomes one of the best pieces of my collection.

Congrats Mike, that was my very first Mauer at one time. I actually emailed Harliegh about it yesterday as I was interested in buying it back. It is a very nice bat indeed.
