If it's on the cool base matierial it will look cheap in the cream color.
More like a Jersey that hasn't been washed.

New Mets jerseys for 2010 announced
Well, after weeks of speculation, it's here, and it's not very different to the current (2009) version...
Based on the photo, I am thinking that the major difference is that it is no longer white; it's like an off-white (sort of the effect that Mitchell and Ness has been trying to make for years on the retro home flannels -- though theirs seem to be a little more "cream" than they should be). Possibly the pinstripes have changed to the more traditional version (though I cannot tell from the photo).
Also worth noting is that although the Mets are trying to go with a "retro" feel, they are keeping the black drop shadow. And of course, the material will be the cheap flmsy Majestic Cool Base.
We waited a long time to see the unveiling, and it appears to be a lot of hype for nothing...Attached Files -
