The pinstripes look to be the same. I would call it a photomatch

I bought this jersey and the MLB Holo says that it is Team Issued, however the COA says that it was game used. I was told that the jersey was listed as team issued because it was collected at the end of the year and not after a specific game. I did some searching and I think I found a match, April 19, 2009:
