They are a pair of Municipal Seats. There's a single Red one next to the TV as well.

Great Gwynn collection and display!

I especially like the special Tony Gwynn logo base. Did they use them at home all season or just for a select game(s)?

Tony, the Padres only used these bases for the last weekend of the 2001 season.
