This has been going on for sometime now. When I use my computer at work the information come up but not on my personal computer.

Not certain why that would be happening. Maybe it's just some sort of glitch with your computer and the site. I would check and see if it comes up on another computer if you have another one at your disposal, or maybe try again in a day or two. I've never had that happen to me, so I can't say for sure.

I do get the box that pops up with the information but all it say's is "working" and then no information ever comes up. So I most have to do something to get this information to come up.

When you type in to verify, a new window pops up with the info. Does a window pop up when you click enter? If not, you probably need to unblock pop ups temporarily.

Thanks for you help. Any idea why I can't bring up the MLB authentication information on my computer. Do I have to have a special program or something to make it work for me.

First one states alcides escobar team issued home white jersey. date was october 19, 2009. The other one says the same things as the first just the date is october 21, 2008

Hello,
I just bought 2 Alcides Escobar MLB authenticated game used jersey's. I'm having trouble for some reason I can't pull up the authentication numbers on my computer. I was wondering if someone could look up these two numbers for me and let me know what they say for each one. Here are the MLB Authentication numbers 692598 LH, and 038993 LH. Any help would be great.
