I'm the seller of the helmet. Thank you all for helping Bruno with his concerns helmet. Getting others to look at this helmet will help him make a good and happy choice to add to his collection or not to.
Just a note on the autograph, the helmet was very dusty when I got it from another collector. The auto as well as the notation (Pro Bowl 1991) both looked to be in Randall's hand. After looking over the helmet with a very faded autograph. I cleaned off all the dust that was stuck all over the helmet. This made the auto lighter, which is why it may seem to be added at a later date.
I hope this helps out the autograph questions of this helmet.

the pro bowl inscription was added later that is correct from a previous owner of the helmet that placed that writing by themselfs just to know it was a game worn helmet from that age

the pro bowl inscription was obviously added later, look at the difference in the color of the signature. which tells me somebody is trying to make it look like something that its not

Do you know when the Eagles did? The images I found for 1991 (November) and 1990 (September) do not show any flags on the back.

Yes, they wore flags during 1990/91 for the Gulf War. The flags were bigger in size than those worn today. Another note is that the Eagles did in fact use green dynotape with the name on back like that and they also used the black/white warning label, though some would argue that I'm sure. One observation, which I will phrase in the form of a question, is: Did anybody wear an American flag decal on the back of their helmet prior to 9/11/01? I just looked at some photos from the Pro Bowl on 2/4/1990, Reggie White does not appear to have a flag on his helmet.
