I was able to find out who the hats belonged to, I posted pictures on SCN and a few members reconized the autos and I compared them online to to others. Thanks for everything, this forum is always a great help!

It's possible (though not certain) that the team front offices may have such record. Try calling or emailing them after the holiday weekend.

Here are the pics

This hat says 47 under the bill, I think it may have been a pitchers b/c of the dirt and what not on the edge of the bill


This one says 38 under the bill. I think this one may also be a pitcher but who knows.

Nothing yet, I'm now looking at the 1998 roster and looking at the names and trying to make out the autographs on the hat to see if I can find a match. I will try and post pics.

MiLB.com only goes back to 2005. But you can click on the players name and they show the stats and uniform numbers.
Too bad they don't go back farther.
That could have been what I was thinking about earlier.

Minor league uniform numbers are tough to find.

Game Programs, team yearbooks and media guides may be your best bet?

So some may know I am collecting GU hats in general and I have gotten a few hats from ebay and I not know whose they were. I know the hats are from the 1998 Charlotte Knights (Marlins AAA at the time) and they have numbers written inside of them. Is there website where I can look up who wore what number for that year? This would help greatly, since I have about 10 hats who I have no clue who they belonged to. Thanks again in Advance!!!
