Well now I'm sure we can determine it's a Kemp bat, but does it really say "Kempman"? Maybe BMH can chime in

He has used Matt Kemps bats a bit during the streak as well.

I have a Kemp model bat that's autographed by Ethier and photomatched to him using it in 2009. He seems to use Kemp's bats quite often.

In highlights on mlb network, I have noticed him using both bats with 16 and bats with 27 on the knob, so Kemp makes sense.

This is on MLB's homepage right now. I'm curious to know what Ethier's bat says. Anybody know?

At first glance I thought it said "KEMPMAN"
