Gorman Thomas was traded June 6, 1983, that's when Don Sutton changed from #21 to #20. There is a"What's Brewing " magazine with him on the cover shortly after his 3000th K that has him wearing a jersey. What a gem. Nice find

Just bought this "Great" item today. A Don Sutton 1983 Milwaukee Brewers uniform. My first H.O.F. game used uniform. One of my childhood heroes.

You know whats special about this jersey. Don threw his 3000th strikeout on June 24, 1983 in Milwaukee. It was a complete game 3 hitter to win the game . I would have to think this jersey was the jersey he had on that day.

at the auctions in Oakland this weekend I picked up cracked gamers from Hideki Matsui, Coco Crisp and Josh Willingham (got them all signed the next day)

and I also picked up TBC used Conor Jackson (he hit a grand slam during the game) as well as the TBC Michael Taylor (not used because he wasn't on the team) and used jerseys from Mark Ellis and Brad Ziegler.

So you were the guy who out bid me on the bats and the Jackson jersey.
