Isn't great that not one post in 2 pages repeated a movie?
I very happily own Neal Broten's jersey from the Russia game in Miracle.
I'd love BA's jersey from the game they played with all the ex players on the A-Team. Ditto a Polk High #33 jersey from Married with Children.

Surprised no one has mentioned this yet..."The Natural." My absolute favorite baseball movie and (I believe) one of the best sports flicks ever made.
Would also grudgingly accept any items from "Rudy" as well, LOL.Leave a comment:

Anything Costner used or wore in For Love of the Game. I'd especially love to own the baseball he wrote the message on, toward the end of the game.
Not a sports movie, but definitely a sports item: my movie prop "grail" is the bat Joachim Phoenix killed the alien with in Signs.Leave a comment:

Glory Road. I'm from El Paso and have several autographed items (photos, movie poster, wheaties box) from Coach Haskins and the 1966 Championship team. Here's a quote about the jerseys used in the movie from costume designer Alix Friedberg:
“I was so lucky because one of the players still had his original jersey from 1966 and let me borrow it to track down the mill that created the fabric,” explains the production designer. “The mill was more than cooperative and they dusted off the machines they hadn’t used for over thirty years and recreated the original jerseys for our movie. They used the exact yarn, the same pattern. Seam for seam, they are perfect replicas.”

Any jerseys from Slap Shot or All the Right Moves (EXCEPT Tom Cruise), which were both filmed in my hometown.
The sad thing is I probably could have gotten a Paul Newman jersey, since he drove my Uncle Joe's van in the movie and got to know my family pretty well. Too bad I was just a little kid then and have no real memory of him other than the stories my family tell.Leave a comment:

Would want any of the Washington Nationals jerseys from last summer's bust "How Do You Know" with Reese Witherspoon, Jack Nicholson, and Owen Wilson. I was an extra in the movie and never saw any of the jerseys hit the market.Leave a comment:
