1998 Cubs:

Home/road: Harry Caray memoriam patch R; team logo and Jack Brickhouse memoriam patch L.

Blue alternate: National League logo R, Caray and Brickhouse L.

The Brickhouse patches were added midsummer. Jerseys with the two memoriam patches still intact and not restored/replaced are extremely difficult to find.

Fred's Pittsley Brewers jersey is what I was referring to in post #4 on this thread.

Two similar 1994 NFL dual patch teams: Kansas City and Buffalo. Both had the team 35th Anniversary patch on the right chest. and the NFL 75th Anniversary patch on the left chest.

1985: Angels (team 25 year anniv=R, state of California team logo-L)
1986: Twins (team 25 year anniv=R, team logo-L)
1987: Dodgers (Don McMahon memoriam patch, added midseason=R, Dodger Stadium 25th Anniv patch=L)
1987: Royals (Dik Howser memoriam patch, added midseason=R; team logo=L).

1999 Onan Masaoka Dodgers home white jersey with the "LA" interlocking logo on one sleeve, and the "Pee Wee 1" memorial and Kirk Gibson "Heroes" patches on the other sleeve.
