One of Rudy's 1992 World Series jerseys (Ward) also has a Set #3:

I have not seen this jersey that you speak of on ebay, but I wouldn't deem it illegit because of the tagging in this instance...
The strip tags on the Sullivan and the Olerud, except for the uniform numbers, are a match, even down to the small spacing between the 92 and the 3.

I might also mention that, while the seller has a very low feedback rating, the majority of the negatives seem to be from years ago (he joined eBay in 1999) and that his primary type of sales items appear to be coins and currency, not game-used jerseys.

This jersey (bullpen coach John Sullivan) is up on eBay for another hour or so, and checks out OK from a visual scan. What I found intriguing is the strip tag in the collar designating it as a set 3. I've never seen a set 3 Jays jersey from the era they were supplied by Wilson before, making me wonder if their 1992 playoffs/WS jersey were all set 3s or not?...
