I made a post about this about a month ago. Every team jersey is different, and some other teams do this as well. Its because the packers have a large neck line on there jersey with multi colors

I've seen some jerseys in the past where the players will enlarge the neck by cutting right through the NFL shield. Guess that's a no no now and they will make you put it back on the jersey (no matter how low you go). I have seen this in Woodson before where it looks like the NFL shield is touching the numbers.

Apparently, Charles Woodson is employing some sort of collar tailoring on his Packers gamers this season. Note the photo below, and see how Woodson's NFL neck logo is lower than his teammate's (and other Packers):




It's just a detail, but I thought it was worth noting.
