there were A LOT of these in a full size run made available, mostly an Asia release. first thing to do would be pull out the insole. LeBron's shoes normally have a long carbon fiber "plate" in them. post those pics and go from there. that will tell you nothing more than these were a pair LeBron "MAY OR MAY NOT" have worn or someone else who wears a sz 16. the other sizes in the size run usually dont have the full carbon plate. not much help but hope it helps a little.

Found these at a Goodwill thrift store in Columbus Ohio. I believe they are Nike LeBron IV Player Exclusive sneakers. Size 16 with PROMO tags. Shows very minimal wear. I don't know much about NBA shoes. Anyone else know anything about these?
