Probably not. It stinks. there have been several Prova jerseys I have wanted over the years but I have passed because of this issue.

Thank you for the info, I think I will get the jersey and once I recieve I might post some photos to see if the jersey can be photomatched.

Prova had Rams and Cowboys jerseys. I believe they were owned by Emmitt Smith's brother. They are also called WeTrak. They went out of business a few years ago. The problem with their stuff is that they put their chip in jerseys that were only game issued in addition to those that were worn. Since they folded their website was taken down and as a result there is no way to verify the chip number. Some sellers have taken advantage of this by buying game issued jerseys with the chip cheap and selling them as game used. There is one guy on Ebay Dacowbill or something like that that does this regularly.

I am being offered a Cowboys jersey from 08 with a PROVA microchip. I dont know much about them, are they legit? I was thinking if this was such a great idea that PROVA would still be in business.
