Although the original poster may have had a nefarious intent, I'm glad to see this thread here. I bought the bat, so I'm glad to see many positive people chiming in on its legitimacy.

The bat is fine, what a waste of time.

Thoughts on this Jose Bautista Bat Early 2005ish

This 33.75", 31.3 oz gamer shows evidence of tremendous use. Many ball marks, seam impressions, and ink transfers are visible on the front, right, left, and back barrel surfaces. Additionally, numerous cleat marks are scattered about the barrel. The handle is not cracked and there is a moderate to heavy coat of pine tar running from the handle to the center label. The knob has no markings other than Bautista's #19 written in silver. Picked up off of Ebay. Any comments? Any insight would be great.
