I won one of the KC aluminum nameplates as well. The geniuses over there just tossed it in an envelope and shipped it. It came pretty bent/twisted up and damaged. My preference is for the plastic ones as well

The Dodgers used metal nameplates for the 2013 regular season, but switched to plastic for the postseason. I prefer the non-metal nameplates.

I have never seen metal ones, but I think I would prefer the non metal ones. They may feel cheaper, but I think they are a lot easier to display.

I won a KC Royals opening day nameplate, and it is made of metal. Has anyone here seen other MLB teams with metal nameplates? Do you have a preference between metal and foam board nameplates?
