    Some of the codes have meaning:

    WBC is the World Baseball Classic

    As for the others, I have no idea. However I know the Royals have commonly used HZ, JB, JC and EK in recent years. I have some older Royals stuff with MR.

    I think it has more to do with the region than anything and that they just get whatever rolls of stickers from that supply.

    The only reason I can access is because I had the window open from last week. If i open a new window and go to it, then it goes to the new system

    I punched in a 2003 puerto rico series expos jersey last week and it wouldn't read it...it was old system though....maybe i should retry now

    If the code has partially rubbed off, you can actually mail the ball back to MLB to have the sticker replaced. I've done so successfully.
