Re: July 2017 Pickups
Hi Ben, what are the chances we can see how you display such an incredible collection?

With the addition of this bat and the Johnny Hopp, Jimmy Brown and Whitey Kurowski bats I got last month, I now have eight bats in my '42 collection. If you know where I can find an era-specific Enos Slaughter or Terry Moore bat, I'm all ears.

July 2017 Pickups
1968 Al Kaline bat:
I picked up this nice signed GU 10 Kaline, specific to '68, a special year for the Detroit Tigers. They won 103 games in the "Year of the Pitcher", then captured the World Series in a hard fought 7 game set over Bob Gibson and the Cardinals. Kaline bats seem to be tough to find, especially the better examples. The bat itself has a nice coat of pine tar on the handle, underlined 6 on the knob, with some heavy seam marks on the barrel.
