I'd typically agree with the first reply. I've paid $300 to $500 plus if a helmet that shows good use and if I can photo match in a game. The more battle scars - wear exhibited the better. I've several Super Bowl game worn helmets and with these being so rare that gamer can be $1,000 plus.

If you like the player and provenance on the helmet - don't lose it! I've had that happen to me more than once...sometimes they come back around...others get in a collection and tough to see it again.

I'm not really an NFL guy, so I need some help...what does a modern-day game used helmet go for? There's an Ameer Abdullah I'm looking at, but have no clue what a decent price is. Thanks for any assistance!
