LOL....just received my catalogue here in LA....something you may want to look into Ken....who knows how much business you're losing because potential bidders aren't getting their catalogues until a week after the auction closes.

They normally are sent trackage with different service level
Holiday mail killed it
But to your comments, let’s be realistic, do you think there is anyone you know in this hobby who needs a catalog to be aware or an auction we are running or to bid? I think we do more than a great job of letting everyone know when an auction is running..many would likely say we pester them......
