    Re: Marlins FanFest

There were no game used items for sale at todays Marlin FanFest. I did however go over to the Orange Bowl for the demolition auction. Nothing like watching old "game used" urinals sell.

Well, bad news for my team...
My guy got tied up with a client this morning. I don't think he ever got to Fan Fest.
    Anybody else have word?

I would love an alternate or throwback jersey if possible. I am not looking to spend a ton, so even a common would be great. My email is perlman9@excite.com

I'd be willing to pay up to $500 for a Willis or Cabrera jersey and $200 for a bat, plus some commision to anyone. I don't know if thats even possible for those prices but if anyone can help let me know. I don't have much of anything game used. It's been hard to get anything up here in Detroit in the past and now it's just too expensive.
    thanks for anyones help,

I live in Miami and would love to help but I have to work until noon. I will still take your lists and if there is anything there on them thats reasonable Ill get them. Email me your pricing targets. I would guess Willis and Cabrera items will be expensive, but the other names here probably arent the ones flying off the table.

I contacted a friend who lives in Miami yesterday. He's going to try to get out there Saturday. I sent him a list of everyone's requests.
The great unknown is, of course 1) will they be selling jerseys, and 2) will they have what we want at a reasonable price? I guess we'll know soon enough.

Well, that's six of us interested in stuff. I think if we all chip in some money we can buy someone a plane ticket and put them up in a hotel to get us some game used stuff.

    Hi,

If anybody is going and wants to make some profit, I am looking for any and all game used items of pitcher Erasmo Ramirez, who spent a short part of the season with the Marlins. I will take multiple jerseys, batting practice jerseys, bats, caps, pants, anything. Please feel free to contact me through this post.

    Thanks,
    Tom Duino

I'd be interested in any leftover Willis or Cabrera stuff if it wasnt too pricy. I'll gladly pay a commission as long as the item wasnt too much in the first place. How expensive are things usually at the Marlins fanfest?

    thanks for anyones help,
