They have these at Michael's right now for $13, regularly $20. Perfect for dispaying batting gloves with a 8x10.

    Grenda,
I bought the frame and glass and matting from a company my principal,(I'm a teacher) bought from. They are mail order only and cut everything to size. You just take these metal brackets and screw everything together. I guess you could Google framing supplies, etc...but I don't remember the company and I have had two principals since that one so I can't get in contact. Sorry. And by the way, my gloves are not sewn in or tacked in. The glass holds them in place. Just an fyi.
    Scott

Just make sure that you don't do any physical damage to the gloves, because some day you might be in dire financial straits, and you may need to sell them. If I were looking for a pair of gloves, and they were stuck in a frame forever, then I would reconsider buying them. We all die some day, so we need to think about preserving our items for posterity.

I would use the batting glove cases recommended earlier in the thread. If those seem too cheap for you, just lay them in a display case. I have my Bagwell gloves just sitting there and no damage comes to them. Plus, it's nice to just look at them in a display case. Here you can see my Bagwell display case below, which is where I keep my Bagwell game-used items.

Take the gloves to the hobby store and compare. Easiest way to do it.

Finally got my batting gloves in a shadow box. I started off using the double sided tape and it didn't work very well. It literally cleaned the dirt off the glove when it was removed. I went to Hobby Lobby and got some pins in the sewing section. The pins I used were 250 Super-Fine Sharp Pins Size 20-1 1/4" from Dritz. They worked awesome. Could not see them what so ever. The thinner pins were easier to get through the glove, since it has some rubber to it. I tried T-pins (what I had before buying more) but the gauge was too thick.
