THE ROCK better known as Dwayne Johnson had a surgery done to remove the man boobs he had from his years taking roids in the WWF/WWE. This is quite common in pro wrestling.

Very true. My statement was more of a joke ...not saying at all that man boobage=no roids.

I personally know someone who had to have the procedure to remove his man boobage after years of abusing steroids.

From what I know, Steroid use produces Gynecomastia (where X amount of excess lipids in the pectoral portion of the chest muscle, develops). This can be blatantly illustrated on that photo where the lower portion of both breasts' loose their muscular structure. I understand that Gynecomastia can arise from imbalance hormones in teenagers and obese males, however we all know that as a young man, A-Rod was quite thin and his chest was quite flat. I'd think as a wealthy man, he would get the necessary surgery to remove that excess?

As far as whether he looks like he's been on steroids or not - apparently the particular 'roid' he was taking when stacked with the testosterone keeps you much leaner and doesn't give you the bulking 'hulk' look like Bonds and those guys.
