The only number I can find is 1-866-800-1275

It's the number for MLB.COM but they should be able to either help you there or transfer you out to someone who can.

I called MLB.com and even they couldn't find a number for MLB Auctions.

Anyhow, I got an e-mail response back and it seems to be an issue with their system and not anything to do on my end.
