MLB Michael Young- Very underated despite alot of all star nods.
NFL- Phillip Rivers-He is going to be an alltime great if he repeats this year and the two before it and alot of people buy guys like Eli, Jay Cutler and Carson Palmer over him.Leave a comment:

Nelson Cruz, he has one of the best arms in the outfield and swings a good bat. It took him a while to figure things out but should be good for the next few years.Leave a comment:

In Minnesota we have Mike Cuddyer. With Morneau out, he was an ironman at first base, and a very big bat in the lineup. Not a superstar, but very solid in all respects.Leave a comment:

I'm getting to the point in my collection that I want to move away from the flashy superstar players and start collecting players who usually are not recognized as much, underrated but still solid and respectable athletes. could you list a few I should look further into thanks.Tags: None
