For sale: Bobby Burke played for the 1927-1935 Washington Senators. Burke pitched a no-hitter for the Senators in the 1930's. Pitchers bats are quite rare and early ones even more so. This bat came out of the great Louisville slugger find of the 1980's and was obtained from Centerfield Collectibles many years ago. This gorgeous bat, measures approx. 32 5/8 inches and has a vintage "batboy" nail repair from a long ago crack on the back of the barrel. If anything it makes the bat look even better. Bats centerbrand indicates this bat is from the 1928-1931 era.
