This guy is a nightmare to deal with as a buyer too since all he does is string you along for awhile and then not complete the purchase.

You have to request a refund from paypal. Its unfortunate that the guy has mistreated so many members and burnt so many bridges. He seemed to have some good items but just decided to ignore his clients instead of deal with them. Your best recourse is to get your money back from paypal and never deal with the seller again.

I'm having a big problem with an item I bought from him. I bought the Tony Gwynn Jr. hat from him back on 9/16/08. I paid him that night through PayPal and I still haven't received the hat. I seen him at a Brewers game a couple of nights later after I bought the hat. He told me he sent the hat. Now it's over 2 weeks later and still no hat. I email him asking what's going on but he doesn't email me back. What a jerk!!
What do I do??

I just wanted to publicly thank Andrew at Mears for his help on getting me the mears paperwork on the gloves I bought. They arrived today priority mail, once again showing why Mears is such a great asset to this industry! Thanks Chris for all your help!!!

Just a FYI, I bought some Ryan Grant and Laronn Landry gloves from this guy through the board back in February. The gloves were great but he promised Mears certification on both. He never sent the paperwork on the Landry gloves- promised it would go out, then said it did. About a week later after still receiving nothing, I emailed again and he never responded. I emailed several more times over the following weeks with no response. His items are not necessarily bad but he is not the best at following through or responding to email.

I finally received a response from the seller last night. He stated that the gloves went out in the mail on Friday and that they should be here any day now. It was the first reply I received to a few email requests for information. I'll update all when they're here.

I got the same response on the 1st I believe. I paid this member on the 19th of august via paypal. I don't mind waiting, it's the lack of communication that bothers me. Hopefully all is well on his side.

the last email i got from him was 9/2 which he stated he just started college classes and he just shipped out and should be within 2-3 days.it's now 9/8 and still nothing.
