EBay has a bat up for another 18 hours that the seller purports to be his HR#1 game-used bat from 2008 (it is signed and inscribed as such). New seller with only 2 feedback, but still worth a peek.

Have not done any research on it but I noticed a GU Garko bat on ebay that the seller claims is from the 2005 Futures Game.

Something doesnt feel right about it. Wonder if BMH can try to verify? I'll have to ask.

Yes, he actually played the other day. With the way they are shaking things up, they are trying to make places for their bigger bats and he was the one with the most potential to make the move to another position. They definitely want him in the lineup.

Supposedly he was moved so that when Martinez catches, Garko can play first and Pronk can DH.

when Shoppach catches, Martinez/Pronk will play 1st and DH and Garko will play RF.

Its gonna be a sight to see.

I scour ebay pretty regularly, so if theres something on there, I've seen it. I really appreciate you giving me a heads up though. Plenty of people here have led me to non ebay items that I have been able to work deals for.

I was searching through ebay and came across two Garko items by accident. I don't know if you are into line-up cards...but this guy has two from his time in the minors. I believe Ryan Howard also played in the game. Below is a link for one of them.

Yeah, I talked to him about the pair. Not really sure what a good price for lineup cards is. Howard played in the game but didnt sign. Any ideas as to a value?
