JO Sports probably has Urlacher stuff they have a partnership with the Bears, I believe.

NOTHING. Their partnership with the Bears is only for jerseys and the jerseys they receive are pre-chosen. Once in a while they can make a request for a certain player but that is rare.

If they acquire Urlacher stuff, other than jerseys sold to them directly by the team, it is most like purchased off the second hand market.

The current GFC Dec auction has a pair of Urlacher game worn cleats with Urlacher coa or hologram (I can't remember which).
Not sure if you've seen them, but just an fyi
