That is going to be very hard to find as he was not on the team long and I haven't seen an 09 nameplate yet. Best of luck though

The reason you have not seen any is because they do not exist. The Mets made a decision not to use the plastic laminated locker room nameplates because they would have cheapened the overall look of the new state of the art facility.
