Thanks PwKw13. I very much appreciate the quick and helpful reply. It certainly is a gorgeous example, but with an asking price of $1,900 it is as Bob Uecker/Harry Doyle might say, "Just a bit outside..."

You can offer a much lower amount. They don't get those prices when all is said and done.
