I am submitting this new thread so collectors can understand the seriousness of this situation.
A well known collector/dealer Chris Boyd from HOUSTON SPORTS INVESTMENT aka www.egameused.com (http://www.egameused.com) has bought this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=60596&item=8732012225
and then sold it as this. Pay VERY CLOSE ATTENTION to the description:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Albert-Pujols-2005-Game-Used-St-Louis-Cardinals-Bat_W0QQitemZ8765528441QQcategoryZ60596QQssPageNam eZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Chris Boyd from egameused.com aka HOUSTON SPORTS INVESTMENT has brushed this off as simple misunderstanding on his part.
WHAT DO YOU THINK!?
I feel this is very important because this is the first time a reputable dealer MIGHT have been caught red-handed dealing fraudelent memorabilia on the forum. Forget about the re-applying the pinetar and fixing the crack. Pay attention to the wording!
BUYER BEWARE!
