Mike or BMH - Cordova LVS Records, Please

    Mike or BMH ~

I am new to the forum but have upgraded to the Premier membership. Does that allow me to ask for LVS records in this thread? I would like to know the order history, models, finishes, etc. for Marty Cordova 1994 and on.

Thank you for your time and for this valuable resource. I appreciate it greatly!

Yes, your membership now allows posting in this forum, as well as taking advantage of the resources (such as HOF bat order records) in the Game Used Library section.

As far as Cordova bats, I'll pass that on for Brian who has the best info on the more current players.

Sorry I haven't tried to get you an answer sooner but I missed this thread. I usually just hit new posts and skim them over. Being 21 days behind in production has limited my personal time

Anyway, Marty Cordova ordered bats from 1993 to 2003. In that time he used 34in to 34.5 in bats in the 31oz to 32oz range. He mainly ordered black or no finish. He has a few orders for a "SNONE". I don't know what that is, but he only ordered it a few times up to 1996. He has a few orders for Smith black late in his career. All his orders were Ash except of for 12 Maple R205's in 2002.

        He used the following models:
C243, R205, T144, H238, T141, I13, P116, R161, P339, R221, C328, V48, and the C271. His most popular model is the R205 (over 250pcs) which he ordered through out his career. He ordered a lot of the C271's (124pcs) but only from 2001 on. His least ordered models (under 18 each) are the R161, V48, H238 and I13. I would include the P339 as least ordered but the C243, P339 and R205 are all the same model.

          Brian ~

Sorry I am so slow to thank you for the great information. This will help to sort things and get general questions narrowed down to specific. At least in the meantime I've learned a bit on the GUF and will try to ask better questions!

          Thank you!
