ok. i know there is such a model because it is on my list of knobless bats. i found one that is from 84-85, and it has his name. could it be that a teammate ordered that model with jose's name on it? it does have the other player's number marked on the knob.
craig reynolds wore #12 in 84-85. did he order that model?
I never said there was no such model. In fact it is in our bat vault. What I said was I have no record of him ordering that model. What that means...I don't know. I just type his name into SAP and it tells me the orders that have been made for him. If it is missing an order I don't know how to check that since that is our old System80 that we were using before we switched to SAP in 1996.
No, we don't allow players to order bats with other player's names. All orders are entered by their names so that would mess up the system. You are correct, that does say Jose Chio Cruz. It still doesn't show up.
brian; the bat is 34.5 and all the specifications point to that of julio cruz's. this is what i think happened. the bat was branded with the wrong cruz autograph. it matches all of julio's specs. what do you think?
