I have a 1981 Eddie Murray R161 34 inches, 32 ounces flame treated bat. How many did he order and were they promotional or for use? I know that was a little light for Eddie in those days.

During that label period, there are only two orders of 34 inch / 32 oz / R161 / Flame Burned finish bats documented --- 12 bats in June 1981 and another 12 bats in July 1981 for his personal professional use. Very atypical orders as to both length and weight.
