Grey Flannel Jeter home run bat

Grey Flannel has an autographed Derek Jeter home run bat in its current auction in lot 635. I know that prices vary depending on how much buyers want an item and what they are willing to pay. However, I wondered what a general price range could be expected to be for a bat like that.

Well I personally think this would be very hard to determine because so much plays into this.
First of all Jeter bats are a bit on the arer side only a limited amount are given out to Steiner which is the main seller of his bats. Soetimes a few others leak out on to the market through other channels.
So first take rarity in to count.
    Plus his fame
Plus if New York game used collectors are going after it.
plus the rarity of a Jeter Home run bat on the market, which not to mention this is my first one I have seen one hit the market.

    Just a guess 3k to 5K

Comparing it to other unusual Jeter bats that sold in auctions, I would say at least 5K.

Wasn't this same Jeter bat on ebay some years back?

I was just outbid on this lot. Some just came in a pushed it all the to almost 17k. Way out of my league. Any one have an idea how I could get ahold of a similar Jeter gamer?
