Rawlings Bat Question?

Hi everyone, I don't have a Rawlings Gamer in my collection and was looking for a little help with this one. The only items I have in my collection have come from this board or from connections on this board.

What are some of the characteristics in determining weather a Rawlings bat is legit? This is listed as a 2006 Game Used Ellis bat but it doesn't come with any kind of certificate. How can I know I'm getting a real gamer?

Well as far as the basics.

Does this player use Rawlings bats? Check Getty and other photo sources.

Look for the charecteristics of how the player uses his bats, see if those apply to this bat.

Ask the seller if you could look at the knob or send you pictures of the knob.
1 look for the stamp on the knob
2 does the player write his uniform number on the knob if so see if its there.
