In the auction they state it is new with tags.

Among other things, it lacks the 2007 year tag sewn behind the size tag. The orange/black stripes on the sleeves should be on the sleeve edge, not sewn above it. The Majestic sleeve logo should be centered between the sleeve edge and bottom of the Giants patch.
