Manny Diablo Bat?

Has anyone ever seen Manny Ramirez use a Diablo bat in a game? The seller of ebay #120288240187 has a photo of Manny holding one, but it appears to have a gold logo, while the bat has a silver one; the main thing is that it looks like Manny's just taking BP with it. I've seen some old threads about the credibility of this particular seller.

Do any of the Manny experts out there have an opinion on this bat?

MLB officials stopped Manny Ramirez from using that bright red colored Diablo bat during regular season games, he did use that color bat during spring training and batting practice. I've seen pics of him with that color Diablo, but his name was in block lettering on the barrel.

Most likely a BP bat, from one of the shadiest sellers on ebay!
