I had to go back and look at this jersey on ebay - check this photo out - looks like a retail tag was ripped out of the collar! Also - the late 70's jerseys have stitching which puckers the sleeves up and tail stitching up - the jersey on ebay looks like a recent retail jersey...........

Unfortunately, this one is not even close to being legitimate - and it has a bid which is sad..........Glaring deficiencies are:

• No white piping in collar down through tail
• No Wilson tag in tail
• No name in collar
• The #2 font is all wrong - see pic below for how a #2 on Yankees pinstripes should look from this era

Those are the deficiencies with a quick glance - and don't know if Bobby actually even used #27. Even if he did for a few games, the jersey would have characteristics mentioned above - even if the name in the collar was cut out or someone else's name..........
