Jersey is missing the MLB 125th Anniversary patch. As well, the NOB should be on a nameplate and it is not. Provenance is from former MLB pitcher Duane Ward, however given the jerseys issues and Griffey's superstardom during the early 90s I'm inclined to believe that Griffey had a whole wack of jerseys made up to give to fellow players. These jerseys apparently weren't made quite to spec. I remember this particular jersey was previously offered by Mark "The Baseball Card Kid" Murphy on Ebay.

Off topic to the Griffey jersey, but wanted to mention that I went to Safeco last Friday for the M's and O's and while looking through the rack of team-issued Mariners jersey in the centre cash area in the stadium store, i noticed some jerseys with nameplates and some without (i.e. name stitched directly on the jersey) These were mostly 2007 jerseys. FYI
