What does "T" label mean?('91 Mets)

Zanebats currently has a great looking Howard Johnson 1991 Mets jersey on ebay, with a correct '91 Rawlings label. No set tag but a "T" label,along with a "R" after the year,91). I've searched on our Forum and can't find any past discussion on either. What do both mean?
