Strawberry 2006 TBTC Ceremony issued jersey

I questioned the seller on this 2006 TBTC Straw jersey and got accused of not reading the description. Strawberry, Carter, and Hernandez never gave up their ceremony worn jerseys like the other players did and the Steiner COA correctly says ceremony issued. (not worn). However I 'm questioning the sellers description of GAME USED in the title as misleading.

Yes there were two jerseys issued and Darryl has the one he wore on the field that night and never took possession of the one in the auction is the point.

Seller ended the auction early due to error in listing. I'm hoping it comes back with the less misleading title.
