Nomar Garciaparra 2004-2005 Cubs bat with 2000 labeling??

This one is a head-scratcher.......I just saw this listing for a Nomar Garciaparra Chicago Cubs game used bat, but it has 2000 labeling on the bat. I say that due to the MLB logo on the barrel. I thought these filled-in logos were only used in 2000? Garciaparra played for the Cubs 2004-2005.

Hey Kyle,
I found out a while back that Nomar wants the MLB logo on his bats so I believe he special orders them that way. Maybe BMH can confirm this.
